The room was amazing. I loved being in a Japanese style room, having tatami mat floors, sitting on a pillow with the arm rest, and everything else about it. The AC made it comfortable, since I'm used to cooler climates, and the private tub was exceptional.

Overall it is a cute and unique hotel, and I do consider coming back in the future for the yearly event. The surrounding area is fun to walk around at night. The breakfast is amazing, but it would have been nice to have more options.

The ryokan was beautiful including the rooms and the garden. The food was exceptional. The service was first class. I highly recommend it.

Great location and beautiful property made this gem a must visit. Also my 5 kids wanted a traditional japanese experience and this hit all the marks. Our only issue was our air conditioner remote needed new batteries but that was easily corrected. This was a real experience!

This was our 2nd stay at Hagoromo Hotel. We came back because we had such a wonderful experience on our first stay. We weren't disappointed! The Japanese breakfast was very good! The staff was amazingly attentive. The location is great and we had a picture perfect day of viewing Mt Fuji!

Wonderful ryokan experience, with very helpful and attentive staff. The futon were some of the comfiest I've ever slept on, and the breakfast was a real feast. The Japanese garden and general atmosphere of the inn were very relaxing. Very close to views of Mt Fuji from the beach (if there aren't too many clouds).

This was a great place to fully experience a traditional japanese stay. Very different to what we are used to but was a great experience.
